I love Grace, but I think it is too short. Our last name is Hunt. Is Grace Hunt too choppy? How can you make Grace longer other than Gracellen?
Also, can you think of any pretty combinations like:
Grace Anne
but more unique?

Yes, I don't like Gracellen. It's the only thing I've found though.

Graciella Hunt or Gracie Ella Hunt.
Gracelin/lynn Hunt?
I do think Grace is too common at the moment and think a different longer name would suit your surname better. Something more along the lines of
Imogen Hunt
Angela Hunt
Alexandra Hunt
Merredith Hunt
Jasmina Hunt
Eliza Hunt
Amara Hunt
Nicola Hunt
all of those with Grace as a middle name instead..
Anything with at least 2 preferably 3 syllables will sound great with a 1 syllable surname. My sisters surname is Case and her children are Stephanie, Savannah and Madeleine Case and it sounds great because they are longer first names.
Hope that helps, otherwise stick to Graciella.

I think you're on the right track with Gracellen -- looking for a longer form that will work better with Hunt -- but I'd avoid the created names like Gracelyn, Gracyn and the like (haven't yet read the other replies, but these are common, trendy choices). Instead, I'd opt for a double name here.
Grace Lenore
Grace Morgan
Grace Adair
Grace Camille
Mary Grace
Ivy Grace
Ruby Grace
Isla Grace
Clara Grace
Lila Grace
Cora Grace
Lydia Grace
Chloe Grace
Gemma Grace
