Spend a little extra money to buy yourself a killer outfit, something you look great in. When ever you feel bad about yourself, put it on, or remember the reaction you get from others when you where it. Also, hang a post it note on all the mirrors- I am only as sexy as I am confident.

Why have you lost confidence in your self one thing about woman when ever we get dressed look in the mirror and put on a new out fit we feel great. I don't think that i have ever thought my self as being ugly even when i have been going though difficult time in my life i always fix my self up and that's what you need to do fix yourself up and go out and have fun.

Don't worry what others think. In this society we live in they make us believe to be sexy you have to have a six pack for men and muscular, and for women we have to be thin with big boobs, but honestly it shouldn't be that way. Everyone has their unique beauty. But if you notice we our self are the biggest and meaniest critics upon our self. You have to love yourself. Instead of looking in the mirror everyday picking at the things you have in your mind society thinks as bad, you look in the mirror and pick the good qualities of yourself. Don't be negative of yourself, ALWAYS BE POSITIVE! You do that and your confidence will start to change.
Everyone is beautiful in their own way. Never forget that.

first you need to try to figure out what is making you feel ugly those days. try to always have the confident that you have on the day you feel that you look good. Don't put your self down you should always feel that you look good.

Start working out, go to a salon and get a new style, color, etc.. go get your nails done (or do them yourself), go on a mini-shopping spree - buy a couple new outfits that you really love.. perhaps go to a makeup party and update your makeup.... then, get all dressed up and go out to have some fun!

take it a step at a time. pick something small you want to change (hair, nails, shoes, whatever) and change it. then add something else, a little at a time. have something that makes you feel good every day, and have something positive to look forward to.

If you feel beautiful on the inside...you will see yourself as beautiful on the outside....you need to heal whatever it is that is causing you emotional pain.....Have you consider seeing a therapist?
