No...maybe just make it an occasional treat...but don't beat yourself up over it! Try having some oatmeal with fruit mixed in (if you like it) more often to take care of the cholesterol thing! That's what I've been doing a lot lately! I like it with banana and cinnamon mixed in...pretty tasty! =D

Don't feel bad, just don't do it often and if u do, just make sure to eat healthy for the rest of the week. A better idea is maybe do this once a week as a treat to yourself for eating healthy. Also, get a quick workout in daily.

Don't worry about it,you don't need to starve yourself you can splurge & eat how much you want.But there is 1 simple rule,work out 2-3 hrs after eatting to get rid of the fat.

there are a lot of healthy foods that taste really good too, and you can feel good about yourself after you eat them.
and you shouldnt feel bad, as long as you dont eat this way all the time!

u should not have these often but once and a while is okay. do don't beat yourself up. don't count callories if you want to lose weight. just eat heathy. it's okay to slack off once in a while. only eat if you are hungry!
