The only reason he got away with it is because he is rich and because the LA riots were too close in memory. Remember when the LA cops were acquitted from beating Rodney King, how all hell broke lose? If OJ were found guilty it may have happened again. That must have been on the jurors minds.
Also DNA technology was in its infancy. It was not fully understood or explained. DNA evidence is much more refined today, back then it could not pin point a suspect, only match to 100,000 people with the same blood type.
Today, he would be in prison the DNA evidence would have placed him at the scene.
But the guy is a pariah in his social circles now.

He is the worst, the only reason he got away with it is because he is rich and Black. I hate him, and I am not normally a hater.

maybe, it was never proven, i think he was guilty though, i choose to focus on better things, by the way the cops are after him again for a armed robery.
