Does the Fed has any roll in the War of Iraq?

The war in Iraq increases the government deficit which puts an upward pressure on interest rates, and increases the price of oil which contributes to inflation. The fed must adjust policy to take these two effects into account
They also probably have some roll in setting up banking system in Iraq.g

if you mean the Federal Reserve..
a private bank that lends money to both sides in any war and makes big bucks from all combatants
