That happened today at work. I was in the middle of something I do everyday and all of a sudden, I couldn't remember how to do it! Yikes!!

Not only have I felt like my brain has turned to mush . . . there are times when I thought my brain was going to explode! It sometimes happens when I am learning something new, and I have been studying and studying and studying, and then, at just some point, everything goes blank and it feels like my brain has exploded. I think that when our brains do this to us, it is just their way of saying, "Hey . . . ease up a little . . . I'm not going anywhere . . . give me a break!" And, of course, after a little break, everything always seems to go back to normal.
Good luck with your brain and remember it will be okay after a little resting!

Yes, as I get older it seems that my brain is beginning to ball up in a bunch of mush!!

u know this happen to me everyday in work since iam working not less than 12 hours a day so when this happens i leave work for a while and close eyes and start to concentrate again

each and every time i'm getting pregnant (on quantity 4 and the final) I say the toddler is eating my strategies cells, and have confidence me my oldest is 15, none of them have back to inhabit my strategies lower back :( yet its all worth it interior the top lol :) All kidding aside, as they become previous it gets incredibly greater useful hon, having 2 toddlers is a lot and that i think of what you're experiencing is carefully regularly occurring! :)
