what do u think i have done to my arm
the problem i am having is anything i do like clench my fist slightly or hold anything in my left arm such as a cup i get a shooting pain from my fingers all the way up near my shoulder and the main pain is between my elbow and wrist i dont know how i managed 2 get the pain it recently noticed it 2days ago when i was holding my newborn son(18days old) and the pain can be kind of sore when it happens

Pinched nerve. I almost ripped my finger off by my wedding ring a couple of weeks ago and I had that kind of pain whenever I typed. The doctor said it was a pinched nerve. You might want to call one of those nurse on call numbers and see what they say.
