Is there anything else BESIDES pregnancy that could be giving my excessive abdominal swelling that makes me look as if I am 6 or 7 months pregnant!? Its really gross looking. Also, I can feel movements in my belly region like muscle spasms or something. And its like knots whenever i touch it and then they float away and appear somewhere else. Once again...I am not pregnant FOR SURE! so please dont suggest it. I was very underweight and I recently gained 15 lbs w/in a 3 months. =) So could it just be the fact that I put on weight too fast? I am able to suck all of the fat in as a matter of fact without any discomforts whatsoever. But does anyone have any ideas what it could possibly be?

Go to a doctor. it sounds like a digestive problem or could be something serious. Is the swelling on your stomache or inside? If there is fat on the outside you prob just gained weight. If you were really underweight before and still are you could have the abdominal swelling like they do in Africa, it happens to people with eating disorders too. sorry I don't know how underweight you are, I don't want to offend you.

My first instinct is that would be pregnancy. If you haven't had any sexual contact at all, you could have a serious problem going on. You need to go to the doctor right away. Something like a tumor can cause your stomach to grow out that far. I don't want to scare you, but if you're experiencing everything you say, I would be very concerned. A stomach that's sticking out that far isn't normal, and that movement you're feeling is also very concerning to me. Please see a doctor.

You gained 15 pounds. So I would call your "abdominal swelling"... fat.

However if you are worried talk to your doctor.
