Check the seller's rating and comments from other people first. Make sure they are in good condition. I've bought shirts off E-bay with no problems.

I sell items on EBAY and I buy things from EBAY. Some times the things that you buy from EBAY aren't what you expect them to be. But remember, you can always ask questions of the seller so that you get exactly what you want. Once, I bid and won a top that was described as beautiful golden stretchy material and it was listed as a true size 3X. Well, when I got it, it was a stretchy material . . . sort of yellow in color . . . and was more like a Medium. And, there was a little hole on one of the sides below the arm hole. At first I was extremely angry, and then I read the description again . . . and I got exactly what the person was describing . . . only I did not take what she was writing in the same manner.
I have bought many items on EBAY and I have received wonderful items. Just remember . . . if you are unsure as to what is being offered, send the seller a question . . . and the seller will answer. If the seller doesn't answer, beware.
Good luck on getting the pants that you are interested in. Just make sure you ask questions of the seller before you make a commitment . . . a bid is a commitment.

It depends on the seller. Have a look at their feedback (If they have any) and that will give you a good indication whether or not to trust them. Just make sure the pants are the right size for you before you buy them and don't forget to check the postage price, sometimes they charge you a lot more than they should.

Millions of people use Ebay. it is a reputable source. The sellers' reputation can be looked at by clicking on the star next to their screen name. See what others said about their transactions with them.
Ebay buyers & sellers are entering a contract when they decide to buy or sell something. It is legal & binding. If they misrepresent, then you can get your money back, via certain steps laid out on ebay's site.

Cowgirl From Hell,
you can buy anything safely on ebay if you know how!
if you are buying on ebay, ALWAYS
pay through PAYPAL and fund it with a CREDIT CARD.
then if anything goes wrong and PAYPAL can't get you a refund, you then have the option of filing for a CHARGEBACK through your CC provider.
PAY SAFE, STAY SAFE!
