Your growth spurt has ended sorry! Wear higher shoes and you can be as tall as you like!

It's quite likely you will get taller, so don't worry. 15 is not usually the age when you stop growing. I gained an inch in height in my 20s sometime (don't actually know exactly when, just found I was an inch taller than I had been, around 25)!

yes, you will grow little bit more till you reach 18. You possible will be as least 5'8". But don't count on it when you will find out when you get older.

It's hard to know without knowing if you've continued to grow, and at what rate. If you haven't grown in the last year or so, you're probably done.
