Of course you have to pay. You don't have to do anything to get accepted except be willing to pay large sums of money and buy into their come on. Try looking here:

among MANY other sites that list information. Just do a simple web search for John Casablancas scam and see what you get. Some say that these places basically teach you make up and ettiquette so if you want to spend all that money on something so basic that agencies think is laughable then go ahead.
