Hi Sweetie,
Absolutely, alot of girls/woman go around with their skin hanging out of their bra at the back, a Classic Case she's not That size!
If u got properley fitted 4 a bra, even a lift by under wires, it'd be a total 100% change in r Confidence, Looks, diff. in r clothes, & further more attractive! lol 2 GOOD BRA'S
r better than 7-10 cheap ones! It's all in the eye's of the beholder & how much u care 4 the care image u want to present the pubic with r Body! Some don't care, put them in the dryer, let em shrink & don't realize how uncouth they look at all! I've seen em in the Dressing Rooms @ the Gym & Bite my tongue. lol It's like a disgrace to Woman. Mind u not all can efford a properfit, but if there's fat bulging @ the back, very ugly. Just get ONE that fit's & never put it in dryer
LOL, Diana D

Not drastically, but they do alter it a little bit.

For example:
1. Seamless bras should be worn with tight tops because they avoid lines from the cups and underwire.
2. Padded Push-up bras should be for fancy occassions when you want to look a little sexy.
3. Demi-cup bras can be worn with low-cut tops.
4. Racerback bras are perfect for tank tops.
5. Strapless bras for strapless dresses.

And so on.. so on..

Sometimes they do. It depends on the quality of the bra and what the bra is meant to do. It also depends on your breasts too... sometimes they just have a mind of their own.

Of course.

Some lift them, some make you look like you have more, etc.
