since they have their social security # can they give them bad credit??

I'm not so sure ebay does much other than ban that particular username. I don't think ebay asks for SS#. It won't affect their credit.

However, if the people who were cheated hunt your friend down, they can sue him and maybe get him arrested for fraud.

But if all else fails, karma will take care of him ... whatever you do all returns to you threefold ..

They are forever banned for selling on Ebay. Ebay will not tolerate this because it give Ebay a bad reputation. Is this right Ebay?? Hey!

go ahead report them if you want. usually they will get nail on how the person paid for it. paypal has buyer protection. believe ebay, already knows. if it wasnt you that was hurt, there is little that you can do. you wasnt damaged, so how do you make a claim. just think about it.
