I don't think your period has much to do with it.
They'll just stop growing when they stop growing.
Try looking at different stores.I suggest one that sells only shoes.That way you'll have more of a variety.
Don't worry, plenty of grown women out there have feet your size.You just have to know where to look for shoes.
Oh yeah, don't focus your attention on little kid shoes.I'm pretty sure they sell shoes your size in the women/junior department.So just find a shoe you like there, and find your size!(Or ask someone that works at the store)
Hope this helps!
PS I love your face (= =|||)

My daughter has big feet. She is 11 1/2. It hasn't stopped her but then she was a bit of a tom boy and wore boys shoes a lot. She had the opposite problem--she wanted kids shoes at 6 years old but she was already into women's shoes.
Your feet generally stop in high school but may get bigger when you have kids. I went from an 8 to a 9.

They should probably stop growing soon. I've been a size 6 since I was about 13 and now i'm almost 18. However, i'm still 5 feet tall lol...there was no luck for me in the tall department.
