What is the name of the song he performed on "The View"? It was inspired by his wife that wrote a book. He performed it recently and my mom loves it. Does anyone know the name of it?

I didn't see it but it was most likely either A Woman's Love or Like Red on a Rose. I will look some more to find out exactly.

Ok, I found this on his official website...

He wrote "It's All About Him" for the book and there was "That's the Way" that he sang to her on their wedding day.

I can't find anything on The View's site about when he was on. According to their schedule for this past week he wasn't on. I looked on imdb.com and the show was from July 31

Alan Jackson is, if not, one of the best musician out there right now. As far As I could remember, every single one of his songs is a hit, every single one of em. And to be honest, Alan's music is fun to dance to, fun to listen to, and playable at parties and no one keeps a secret that they listens to Alan Jackson (well except for the younglings nowadays). I mean, classics such as Amarillo by Morning by George Strait is as a good country song as it gets, but you don't hear it much at parties cause a lot of these country songs are a bit emotional at times. Alan on the other hand, creates this extremely entertaining atmosphere even deep songs such as "Small Town Southern Man" can be uplifting. Well to name a few... Country Boy - Could I say more? The Thrill is back Little Bitty All American Country Boy Where I come from Chattahoochee Livin On Love Chasing that Neon Rainbow Summertime Blues Don't even know your name .... These songs I listen on a routine basis. Alan Jackson is wonderful.
