I'm with AT&T. Specific features I'm interested in is: email, texting, and a mp3 player. And the most important of all is call quality along with the above listed features! I must be able to hear well when I'm on the phone! My phone now has horrible call quality!

I have a Blackberry pearl and i think its pretty good.if u buy a seperate 2 gig micro card, it can hold maybe 500 songs. Also, the interface is a really easy to use.It doesn't have a full QWERTY keyboard - this could be a good or bad thing depending on your preference. I've heard email setup is really easy . Call quality, i think depends mostly on you location and signal strength but i find that it has good clarity. I've never had any issues of people not being able to hear me or vice versa even i'm on the train! few things i dislike abt this phone is that the sd card slot is behind the battery, the headphones that came with it suck, and it doesn't have wifi. But overall its a good phone. u should go to the at&t store and see which phone is for you. Have the store clerk transfer ur sim card and put it in their unlocked phones. Then see which has the best music/call/ quality. Also ask the people who work there what kind of phones they personally have.

It depends on what features of the smart phone you are looking for, and which wireless carrier you have.
