the most commen size is a b cup. But every girl is different. Genetics and body weight play a big role. Breast r made up of mostly fat. Thats the first place a woman gains and loses. Breast can grow till a woman reaches the age of 24.

There is no average size for breasts at that age, considering that all girls develop at different rates, and that in the years between 16 and 18 breasts can drastically change, and rapidly.

I depends on how girls breast mature tho from around 16-18 my -guess- would be between a A cup to C cup. (I only know of 1 girl i went to high school with who had D's)
