I live in Oxford, I've just looked out of the window and it is dark. There is therfore a 10% storm risk in the Toronto area in the next 5 days with a better than even chance of some form of precipitation. Hope this helps.

Sorry, but I am nowhere near Toronto. Down here in the land of OZ, as in Kansas, it is 72 degrees and cloudy with a small chance of rain.
