One: Fall Out Boy, Panic! At the Disco, and bands like those are NOT punk. I believe punk is dead, honestly. But, the best I'd say is the Misfits.

The Adicts! By far! They are fun, and energetic and carefree. They've been around for at least for thirty-oneyears and they're still kicking with the entire original lineup. The only lineup changes have been add-ons. Their clownish Clockwork Orange humor and image is just entertaining.
