Start>>All Programs>>Accessories>>System Tools>>System Restore.
Click restore my computer to an earlier time>> Pick a day to restore to and Follow the instructions from there.

go to start - help and support - at "pick a task" choose "undo changes to your computer with System Restore" - check restore my computer to an earlier time,click next.select what you want to restore using the calendar,click next and you're computer will restart.before the welcome screen to appear ,the system restore it will be made.the computer will restart again and that's all.

From the computer desktop, click on the following:-
Software Repair Wizard
Next
Continue to Software Repair Wizard
Take me to Advanced Options (Expert Users Only)
Start Microsoft System Restore
Next
Restore my computer to an earlier time
Next
(The rest should be fairly self-explanatory.)

if you have the disk that came with computer it is easy put them in and follow screen info it will guide you thur it . GOOD LUCK i have done this many times you can too
