Even though I may feel that I have the experience the education and the know how in any situation, it is always best to first listen to what is being said, before one speaks. Usually being the last to speak and offer any contribution, I learn from the former contributors, what is most important, then can sum up what I perceive to be the value they have brought, and expand on it with my sources and experiences.

HOWEVER, if I want to set the tone and scope of the situation I will be first up!..I set the bar, and everyone else must meet it.
