Well, the obvious answer is; Drive it. If you need repairs and want to drain the tank, you can go to your local automotive store and buy a siphon. DON'T use your mouth to get the siphon started unless you like the taste of gasoline. Drain it into a gas can and set it aside for future use: Maybe in your lawn mower.

Chrysler in their infinite wisdom ,saw fit to install a small 3/8 pipe/hose on the gas tanks. that allow you to drain the fuel without actually doing nothing other than removing the rubber cap and connecting a hose. look around the front of the tank for a short pipe with a rubber cap and clamp on it. Hook up the hose and start to siphon. It will suck all but about 1 gal

You can usually go up underneath and disconnect the large, rubber fill hose at the tank and go in the tank with a siphon hose. Or you can disconnect the supply hose at the fuel rail and pull the fuel pump relay and jump across the plug-ins (two largest cavities) and let the fuel pump pump it out.

You have to remove the gas tank ,,then remove the fuel pump that's on the top of the gas tank,, then empty it out, because it has a screen in it and You can't sipher it out,
