i think it depends on the skin tone and the shade of blonde.also the size of the woman cuz if your big,you will look like margerit (big bird)from american idol

I don't think it looks very nice. I think black women look nice with brown hair. It complements their skin tone very well. If they are more of a caramel color, I think a caramel hair color is better (sort of like Beyonce's, but even hers' is too light).
