USC Trojans football

This is not even close. USC has a glorious history.

I respect LSU Tigers as a football team but I think their fans need to quit running their mouths and learn to appreciate top notch football.

I can definitely appreicate SEC football and I respect that conference. Why can't their fans show some respect?

Hate it or love it I know that everybody will root for their hometown teams regardless of what the haters say. But even enemies can show some admiration for each other.

I agree with the guy's response above me. I am born and raised in LA and have been a Tiger fan for as long as I can remember. It's all in fun to have healthy rivalries, and whether you would like to admit it, USC and LSU have now become just that. The split-championship was a little ridiculous due to the system. It's not USC's fault nor is it LSU's fault. That's how the BCS/AP system works. Now as it relates on here, Austin N. stirs up nothing but controversy. It's one thing to talk smack against teams, but he's so degrading against LA people, I think it only gets us all worked up against USC even more, since that's who he identifies with and shoves down everyone's throat. When Vtech came down here last weekend, they wrote a wonderful article about how our fans are mislabeled. If you'd like to read it, here you go. Don't judge us about a lack of class if you've never been down here to experience our hospitality to our "frienemies".

I am a huge USC fan. But in case you haven't noticed a guy named "Austin N" has been running his mouth non stop about how USC is so good and how LSU are all corndogs. Don't ask me why he thinks they're corndogs cuz no one 'cept him knows why. People are pissed at him and probably are gonna be mad about your question.

Regardless of that I have respect to LSU and I know that the SEC is the best conference in college football, but I believe the Trojans are the better team and it will be proven in the National Title game when SC plays LSU or Oklahoma.

First of all, I find it ironic that a Trojan fan is asking for respect and class. Anyways, I don't think the issue is how many "shared" championships USC has; as far as I'm concerned it's about this year. And right now, all I've seen is USC look unimpressive agaist IDAHO and LSU beat up on a top ten team. Oh, and if you want to talk about glorious pasts, remind me, what school was the first to 100 championships?

Lol, you must be an exception to the USC fans. I remember when a bad officating call cost the Tigers the game in Baton Rouge against then ranked NO. 1 Trojans. Guess what Charles White did as he trotted off the field. He held his middle finger high in the air and gave the whole LSU crowd the bird. I guess you would call that a class act and certainly adds to your glorious history.

Tigers don't have a better class of supporters then Collingwood!! And as someone else said, look at COllingwood's president if you're talking money. Also... there are some stupid comments on here.. .clearly not Australians- the one that has supported Tigers for years but have never heard of Collingwood. And the one that thinks that COllingwood's mascot should be wood! Funny :)

Zinger this is the kind of thing that is amazing. 1 bad call cost the game? Yeah sure it did.

I think LSU fans are just bitter. They blame USC for the split of the title while it was the fault of the system not USC. In fact LSU fans should be thankful for that system or they wouldn't have any silly BCS trophy cause that trojan team would have won.

Here's an idea....how about you stop spending all your free time obsessing over LSU. Don't get me wrong I'm happy you have the time to compare the articles side by side, but you should worry about your own team getting corn stuck up their...ears...this weekend. PEACE!....and GEAUX TIGERS!!
