Not necessarily. It depends, the pimple could be caused by an STD, been having any unprotected sex lately? Other than that it could just be a simple pimple in the area or even an ingrown hair or something.

The inner lips probably does not signal an infection either. Many women have inner lips that are long, or stick out past the outer lips, it's just the way you are. Unless they've suddenly swollen up and become giant, I think that's probably your normal lips.

No, not necessarily. What I mean by that is that we have special glands down there that create oils that keep that area moist (this is normal) and sometimes these glands can get clogged which then causes a pimple such as a blackhead to occur.

Whenever I get pimples or even ingrown hairs (which can be like a pimple but caused by shaving) in that area I have to let my doctor do the removal because of the pain it can cause when I try to do it myself.

I would recommend seeing your doctor for further evaluation of the situation to see what they think is going on.

it might be as simple as an infected hair or duct.
