Neither team would be wrong. The Ravens are more of a sure thing but the Bengals have more upside.
Cleveland and New York are both having issues on offense. The Bengals will be up early so their defense will have the opportunity for more sacks and turnovers.
The Ravens can shut down anyone. That being said, if the don't go up early, the game could turn into a grind it out affair where teams play for Field position. This means taking few chances and few turnovers.
I would go with the Bengals but Quinn has more weapons (Braylon Edwards, Kellen Winslow) at his disposal than the Jets.

The Bengals because the Browns suck big time but the jets will have clemens as qb so it really doesn't matter because either defense you pick will dominate anyway.

Pennington's injured and Ray Lewis says he's playing.

I know it seems tempting to take Cincy against Cleveland, especially with the points they racked up against Baltimore last week. But, they got lucky with a couple of TD returns. That may not happen again this week.

Take Baltimore.

Bengals, they'll completely shut down the sucky Browns offense.

I'd go with the bengals. CLV is a wreak. I picked up cin just for the week myself. I would also concider picking up JAX....the ATL will be very bad again.

the Bengals, as they will go great against a subpar offense, with a rookie QB.
