It is very rare but can occur. If you'd like articles to back this up, I'd be glad to provide them for you.
Sperm are very tiny and some underwear today is very thin, flimsy and almost non-existant (thongs). However, chances are even less if you both had your underwear on.
In the future, you might want to have more clothing on such as shorts or pajamas, in addition to the underwear, just to provide more of a barrier.

It's possible, but I would say very unlikely.
It depends on a few factors - how near the vagina was it? Did the underwear get wet from the semen at all and did it appear to soak through? Whereabouts in your cycle were you, do you think you were ovulating or not? Didyou clean it up straight away?
You can take the morning after pill if you're worried, but I would say you're probably fine. Be careful next time though.
