Yup. Socrates: 'gymnastics toughens the mind'.
I've both had a period of anxiety. About 6 months. But I wasn't exercsing during that time. It's now 3 years since and I *never* get it now....... Oh, one other remedy- stomach pills. You know, bucospan [it's the best], something to stop it cramping [if it does that], and nice foods [no curries etc.]

There are so many chooses to look at.
I was thinking that you should also check into something called Border Line Personality Disorder. A book that my clients say they like is called Stop Walking on Egg Shells By Paul Mason.
I like the nutritional support offered through Blue Green Algae. It is full off all the Omegas, Essential Fatty Acids, Nucleic Acids, etc.... that is needed for optimal health and balance.
The kind of work that I offer my clients is called Yuen Energetics, you could also look into that to see if it interests you.
There is also ANDY BEHRMAN (A.K.A. ELECTROBOY)? at http://www.electroboy.com. He has been through it all and has a web site, book, and news letter you might find supportive.
Good Luck and May You Have an Infinitely Lucky Life!!!!!!!!!

I take it and it has achieved little or no for me. Lithium isn't your purely option, there are various antipsychotics and temper stabilisers for Bipolar illness which includes Seroquel, Zyprexa, Abilify, Depakote, Lamictal etc. Antidepressant drugs shouldn't settle for to somebody with Bipolar illness on my own, they could purely settle for with a temper stabiliser or antipsychotic as antidepressants on my own can deliver a Bipolar affected person into mania. besides, back to Lithium, yeah it hasn't helped me plenty in any respect. I had undesirable element outcomes on the start like vomiting, nausea, headache which went away after 3 days. there are various element outcomes from this medicine which could happen so purely be careful and what out. additionally the common blood checks are a soreness interior the *** yet its solid that they save verify so which you don't get Lithium poising. solid success :)

Lithium is natural; it's the third element on the Periodic Table of Elements.

Checking with your dr. is good. But many of them are anti natural/herbal remedies. NADH with St. Jon's Wart (which is a natural MAO inhibitor). Rhodiola Rosea (an herbal serotonin booster). SAMe (important in synthesizing brain chemicals). There are many remedies....Linda Page put out a good book called "Healthy Healing". One book of many that is very informative.

Some people use things like ST. JOHNS WART. The very best solution is to contact your MD. You really need to be evaluated for this before you adjust or change your meds. This is nothing to fool with. Good Luck to you.

Natural remedies need will power too. You can not expect a miracle cure cause there is no such thing.
Someone mention fatty oils (linseed, oily fish), i go along with that, it can make the world of difference.

Have you tried lithium orotate? It's a supplement and by going that route the dosage you take is much smaller than they give by prescription.

No, why not ask your doctor to put you on something else if it bothers you. People have been taking it with an anti-depressant for decades.
