Can I build my very own internal combustion engine?

I wanted to know how to build a 1-2 cylinder, simple, enigine I can build at home. do you know how or know any websites or books i can find that information in?

If you want simple, then just buy one. You can rebuild one, but there is no way you can make one from start without going into a bunch of money for equipment.

With ALL the money you will need to finance such a venture in milling machines, tools, CAD program, parts, etc., I'm sure you'll be able to have your staff find some information for you.
