Making your life an open book and not giving a reason for mistrust!

Well, I wouldn't know out of personal experience, but in my opinion, communication is essential in any relationship. In a marriage, it is even more important. So, talking, being open, natural, sincere and fair would do the work. However, talking is far from being sufficient, and of course, jealousy may appear at some point, perhaps it is even normal, unless of course, when it borders on insane obsessive behaviour. So it depends on each person how they control their life, their daily activities, their intimate moments. Pleasant activities can strengthen a couple, overcoming troubles or everyday issues together can bring trust and confidence in a relationship. Try starting with the simple things. I am sorry, I am not really much help, I am usually extremely straight-forward and open, bordering on aggressive sincerity.
