she may be bored or just need to chew to trim the beak
I would suggest cuttlebone. it trims the beak and has calcium
try those and it may get her to stop chewing but you may need to get an acrylic platform instead of those floating ones

is she really eating it literly or just biting on it? if she's just biting at it this is ok because to keep her break nice and well rounded she needs something to "tooth" at my turtle does this with rocks when I go outside. If shes eating it you could have a problem because the resin can effect her digustive tract but I read some where turtles will periodicly eat rocks or hard objects to sharpen their gizzard(a gizzard is what turtles use to crush up their food instead of teeth fyi) so that her digestive tract isn't affected if shes eating it try a platfrom with rock slates stacked up o top of each other and give her some uncolored natural gravel to eat.

If it is the Zoo-Med Floating platform, then this is a common problem. No one seems to know why, but a lot of turtles chew at this thing.

The best answer is to replace the platform.

mine used to bite her platform too, but that's not something you should worry about, unless she actually digesting the platform then you'd need to take her to the vet, mine only bit it she never actually digested it, and you can't make them stop she'll stop when she wants mine did.
