When cuddling with my husband at night I get so restless. I toss and turn. I get itchy and wiggly. I can't sleep until I have wiggled for about a half hour. I am like a cat twirling in place before I find the right spot to lay. I am aware that it is mental but I can't seem to stop myself. Does anyone suffer like me? Any advice on how to end this?

losing sleep can be brought on by alot of things..anxiety, depression, eating too much, going to bed at different times or having caffeine late. be honest with yourself to try and find out why you've been losing sleep, you need to find the cause if you're going to fix it. Sounds like you have alot of anxiety and if you're constantly worrying about your mile run and maybe you're trying too hard to sleep. Be positive about things, and tell yourself that you can do anything you set your mind to. Stick to regular sleep schedule, exercise, eat healthy and before bed do things that relax you, like reading, taking hot showers, drinking herbal tea, meditation. See your doctor if it still continues. Good luck.

if it's that bad I get to the point I will toss and turn for hours so I take melatonin its all natural and works good it will help you sleep with out a doctor proscribed drug. I like it and I'm not drowsy in the morning
