I have been seeing a woman who has implants, her "boobies", as she mind numbingly calls them, look as if Isaac Newton got it wrong BUT she has scars under each one, has to go back next year as she tells me the implants last only for three years, and has some sort of insecurity complex.
If male, would you find this a turn on or not..
If female would you ever consider this type of surgery ??

I myself have had plastic surgery ( a Breast Reduction) so of course I understand women wanting to have implants. My friends who have had implants look fantastic and their self esteem as skyrocketed!!!
Seeing as I had a reduction (34G to 34DD) you can see that I am all for elective cosmetic surgery- it is a personal decision, and I know that if I had of had smaller breasts then I most likely would have had an Augmentation.
On another note the scars should be less than 1 inch long and hidden under each breast- all of my firnds who have had it done do not even have visible scars anymore
** I also know 6 women who had their implants done over 30 years ago and they have not once needed replacements.

God no. Gross! They look false, feel false (felt some where I work) and I cannot imagine why a man would want to touch them or get aroused by them - yuk. Do they not realise they are caressing a bag of saline solution, implants harden and the skin/tissue hardens around them so the breasts must also feel lumpy eventually.
I work in the Breast Care department in the NHS with Breast Cancer patients and I get very angry to see NHS funds being used to replace implants that people have had put in privately and in another department we have ladies with cancer being measured for implants etc.
Women who have breast enlargements should get a life. I'm quite small chested and yes it bothers me at times but at least they will never be spaniels ears!!!!

I had my breasts enlarged 6 years ago and it was the best thing i ever did. They look and feel natural and my husband absolutly loves them!
If they are done correctly and you dont have a size too large for the body frame then you shouldnt be able to tell. My scars are half an inch and in the crease under my breast so they cannot be seen even when laid down.
I have never had any problems with mine anyway and it was money well spent!

Why on earth can't women just accept what they have? What else is a tit job than self-mutilation? In USA it's common practice for female babies to have their clitoris cut if it is considered too large. The world has gone mad, and unfortunately women seem to be the ones who suffer most. I work in a nursing home with patients who have had strokes, heart attacks, you name it. Breast implants? Get a life.

I personally would not get implants. I don't want to deal with the headaches of having to go in and get them re-done every 15 years....not 3. But that is just me. I wouldn't get them, but do not look badly upon other women that get them. It is a personal choice.

Personally no i think you should be grateful for what you've got big or small, its just vanity some women crave for, I could spend the money on more important things in life. But each to there own.

she has big scars underneath her breasts and she has to go back every 3 years?? she needs to find a better doctor they last for 15 yrs if you get it done correctly

Yuck, IMO.
And I used to be a natural 38J (had a reduction to 38C), so unless I had a horrific accident and lost my C's, I would never get implants.
