I don't count calories. I had an eating problem when I was younger... Or rather lack there of eating.... Either way, I don't pay attention to that stuff anymore. It makes me feel... Sick.

I eat an average of 1700 calories. I'm a short woman. So every extra pound looks like two on me, if I don't watch my weight.
I eat just about anything I want. But I do check calories, whenever I can. I adjust my portion accordingly.

The average is like, your weight, times 11 (10 if your a girl), and times 1.3 if you don't exercise that much (which I don't)... So I suppose I eat that many calories a day. If I told you I weigh 167, you could figure it out...

I have Hypothyroidism which means I have v-e-r-y s-l-o-w metabolism so I never eat more than 1000-1200 calories and I exercise regularly and I'm overweight.

Not a lot, my typical day is Oatmeal for breakfast w/ a cup of coffee, Chicken or veggie soup for lunch, and grilled chicken breast and steamed veggies for dinner. I may have a snack of some pretzels or air popped popcorn with no butter in between meals.
I am currently on a kick where I am very aware of my intake.

I ate a raisin today...I feel sooo fat.
But usually, I only eat things with 0 calories because calories are baaad.
