You can go back to the school, see your teacher, tell her you miss her and say goodbye. Then concentrate on what is ahead of you, not behind you.

You've moved on now to a new level. Send your 6th grade teacher a holiday card saying you miss him/her. Then, go on with your life.

When your school goes out early, you can visit that elementary school, make sure you go to the office & tell them that you're a visitor for mrs./ mr. ______.
Visit him/her once in a while
