On regular day, I wake up for fajr and go back to sleep lol.
For Sehri, I wake up at 4:30 to prepare food for me and my husband, we pray at 5:30, go back to sleep and usually sleep until about 8:30-9.

As salaamu 'alikym, my friend.
Insha'Allah, I arise each morning, seven days a week at 3:30 AM.
Currently, this allows me to eat a breakfast prior to fajr and the beginning of the fast, as well as to prepare a lunch for my daughter (she is six years, ten months and 16 days old) and then to leave for work by 5:00 AM as my employment begins at 6:00 AM Monday through Friday.
When I converted to Islam, I realized that Muslims never get to sleep in, smile.
Ramadan Mubarak, ma'a salaam.

Depends. I have to be in at 7 one week and 8 the next, so I get up at 4:15 am one week and 5:15 the next week.

Dear,
I'm a Malaysian. I woke up at 4.30 every morning for Sahoor (Sahari,Sehari) until Subuh prayer. Most of the family does it that way. While waiting for Subuh prayer after Sahoor, we read Holy Koran and Zhikir. After subuh payers we go to work at 7.00 am in the morning.

I wake up at 7... I have class around 9.30... n it takes me 30 minutes to take a shower... 30 minutes to get ready... 30 minutes to drive to school... n about 30 minutes to park the car n walk to class... :D
This leaves me with 1 hour of completely waking up or eating breakfast or doing some left over hw... :D or checking on Y!A :D
For Sahari... I wake up around 4.30... we have about 30 minutes to eat n stuff... :) we usually make our food the night before... :)
Then brush our teeth... pray the morning prayer... n sleep until 7-8 :D
