1. Head east on E 10th St toward S Myrtle Ave 0.1 mi
2. E 10th St turns left and becomes S Myrtle Ave 0.2 mi
3. Turn right at E University Dr 0.7 mi
4. Turn left at S Rural Rd 0.1 mi
it's on university and rural. It's close to the Best Western Inn of Tempe and close to Club Rio

Exact location is at 705 South Rural Road. Just about 300 yards north of the Rural and University Ave. intersection and just East of the Sun Devil Stadium area. I'll bet almost every upper class student attending ASU know where it is!
