What store sells or which manufacturer makes left-handed lawnmowers? (The pull cord is on the left so it can be pulled with the left hand)
I can't find any for sale anywhere. If they don't make them, why not? There are lots of left-haned people who would prefer to pull the starting cord with their left hand.

Wow! Nope, they don't sell 'em. All they've got are patents on these mowers but no one manufactures them. Flymo makes one that's "electric" but that doesn't count.

Darn! Barry Bonds is no longer a SF Giant in 2008!

Oh, and good luck!

With a bit of ingenuity you might be able to reroute the pull cord up the handle on the left side. Maybe cross it over diagonally and insert an eyelet into the handle? I'm just guessing but it should work.

I'm left-handed and have mowed alot and don't think we'll ever see one made like that due to lack of demand. I've just learned to adapt.
You would think, however, that there'd be some demand for some essential hand-held power tools for left-handers, like Skil saws and other various electric saws.
And the zipper on your jeans, how about that?
Or, pick up any pen with writing on the side. It's made to read right-side up while holding it in your right hand! Always!

Buy one with the pull handle that has a bracket on the handle bar area. Then you can take off the pull handle bracket and mount it any place you want it!
