ya, hear they were visiting over the back fence with their
neighbors, doing things like fishing, golfing and such
with their families, keeping their grass mowed, a fair
amount of baking and home cooking. Sheer boredom
I would imagine.

There is some evidence to suggest as much. With global warming the Greenland ice cap will undoubtably melt and reveal many artifacts of the past. We know nothing of the pastimes of the pre-internet human,assuming there was such a thing. As far as current research indicates they apparently confined themselves to relentlessly counting their fingers and toes,over and over. They lacked the mental dexterity to use google.

It seems surreal, doesn't it? Back in the day, before computers, internet and hackers, there were 'Phone Phreaks'. These were people who figured out ways of hacking and defrauding the phone company to make free calls. What a long, strange trip it's been!

Yes, but at that time, we actually used phones-that were attached to the wall! Oh, and we also wrote letters with our own hands and heated up food in the oven because there were no microwaves. Can you imagine?!? If we were out and needed to call home, we had to use pay phones. How did we ever survive?

neanderthals, duh. the last cave drawings ever made were those of a macbook, 2 ipods, a pc with a flame thrower burning the macbook and ipods, and a fat guy eating pie and writing an "angry email" about world of warcraft.
