What are you trying to do? Do you want to
write all the whole numbers from 1 to 100
using only 1,4,8 and 9?
What operations are allowed? Can any number
be repeated?
What's the smallest number you're lacking?

The rules are: using the numbers 1,4,8,9, only once in each expression (using all 4), using any combination of mathematical expressions (bedmas) calculate each number from 1 to 100. You can't use square root, but you can use factorials.
