that's is stupid idea, we would be better off, if we started a Torch wielding mob and marched to the white house, and told the government to shoot us.. Because that's what they would probably do.. God I love America, what other country can say its a democracy and still be a dictatorship? Maybe if I had a choice when it came time to vote besides, a turd sandwich, and giant dush. I might feel differently, about it.

I agree: I could do with free prescriptions, free rent, half price travel, free school dinners for my child, a £500 giro to buy stuff for a new baby, no council tax, no repayment of student loans, ability to pay my tv licence by installments, milk tokens for fresh fruit and veg and milk, discounted school trips, free money, nice house - with garden - free minibus to ferry my kids around, free holidays - supplied by government, money for clothing, new household appliances, supplied by govnerment, interest free loans.. and all the time in the world to watch Jeremy Kyle and Trisha....

(have i missed anything out?)

I say our government spends a lot more money in the form of Corporate Welfare then they do on individual welfare. Lets stop this first.

I refuse to rely on the government unless I absolutely have no other recourse. I prefer to use the opportunites we have in our country, not the safety nets.

I was taught to take pride in what I do....where will my pride be if i just sit on my asss all day and allow others to provide for me?

But yes I am sick and tired of my hard earned money going to lazy bums......

I say just make all the Senators pay the same taxes we do and live with the same social security plan we do and watch how fast our lifestyles improve.

I like that!!! We can tax the rich to support us!!! And they will stay rich because of their investments in other countries with similar ideology like Cuba. There are many, many ways to invest in Cuba and all of them are guaranteed to lose money. And we'll have free healthcare.

This is neat.

I think it's a bad plan for keeping all the stuff we Americans have come so dependent on possessing.

OK. They want to bite the hand that feeds? We just stop feeding. I'm down. I'm ready for some vacation time anyways.

The government doesn't take care of anyone. That's what we pay taxes for.
