First of all it varies with person to person and also time to time i.e. it may not remain permanently most prized possession. However I feel and for me it is the life which we got and which we live is the most prized possession we have There may be lot many moments in life when we do feel that particular moments or things are the most prized possessions for us, however on long run those possessions are temporary and not for ever Also when we are suffering and say dyeing then we don't want life to continue That makes any one answer to the question wrong

I don't prize possessions, I prize people. I guess you could say my family in that case.

Margeret Hamilton, who played the Wicked Witch of the West in the Wizard of Oz signed an Oz T-shirt for me at an celebrity autograph show, just a few years before she passed away.. its on my wall, never been worn..
if the house burns down, the shirt is getting saved, everyone else is on their own..

Well, I guess it could be this Baker English Breakfast Table I got a few years ago it's worth quite a bit and I can't believe I own such a lovely piece of furniture.
Also my Grandmother has given me all her Italian Capodimonte Porcelain...which I could not believe...so I have them wrapped up and stored away until I move...
