Missing codec?

When I try to play a video on veoh tv it says "There was an error playing. You may need to install a video codec."

There are dozens of Codecs. You can get free Codecs here - http://www.free-codecs.com/download/XP_Codec_Pack.htm

What did you try to play?

Video can be recorded using a variety of codecs: MPEG-1, MPeg-2, Mpeg-4, wmv.
Looks like your video player can't play that particular format.
