I'm submissive when it's appropriate, like to the actual authorities, but if it's anyone else I am so hard headed!! I spent too many years being told what to do that now I choose to make all my own decisions now!!

Depends what kind of authority we are talking about. If we are talking about mall security then I'll tell them to kick rocks. If we are talking about policemen/women then I wouldn't say I'm submissive, but I am 100% cooperative. Why wouldn't you help out the boys in blue? People need to realize that their job is a lot more difficult and more important than our 9-5's. They do not get paid nearly what they deserve, and they go around protecting our right and freedoms with a potential bullseye on their backs every day. You should all go out and thank them for keeping you safe.

I used to be submissive but I joined the Army and became an MP. Military Police. Now I am hard headed. I guess its because I know what I can get away with now and I know my rights.

This is my problem.. I don't know how to say NO to others.. It sucks but I don't know why I can't stop being submissive to authority..
