I don't see any figure, but if √5-√3, 4, √5+√3 are the three sides of the triangle, then the perimeter is 4+2√5.

All you need to do is add up all the sides to find the perimeter of a triangle. If I am reading what you wrote correctly. Your perimeter would be 4+ 2 √5 or 4 √10. I hope this is correct, it's hard to see what you wrote. Good luck
