We read with horror that Diario de Noticias report that Investigators think Madeleines body was most probably dumped in a bag weighed down with stones and thrown off a British-owned yacht at high sea.

Will Madeleine ever be found ? and with no body can anyone be brought to trial ?

For those that don´t know the coastline in that part of Portugal, you would need help from someone who knew the currents and the tides. It would probably have to be a local. It would need serious organising. It is very close to Sagres and also the Cape St. Vincent. Not a good place to be unless you know what you are doing.

that's approximately time that a British newspaper jumped out of line and began to question the McCanns behaviour. We on YA (properly some individuals ) have been soliciting for solutions for weeks. enable's desire that the newshounds have been delving in the back of the curtain and could very quickly open up the flood gates and flush out this pair of crooks. they are in a position to't be allowed to holiday the international amassing a fortune and pulling the wool over the eyes of all people they meet. those are the negligent human beings and that they brought about Maddy's "disappearance". Why ought to we sense sorry for them. I only sense sorry for their toddlers having such irresponsible mom and dad.

Cadaver dogs can smell gases from water too. Even if she was sunk with rocks, gases would carry the body to the surface, unless it got caught on something. Thinking that it floated to the top surface awhile back, more than likely would have been carried out to sea more, and sank to the bottom again. Based on the flow of the currents they can tell the possibilities of where things will gather. On some boats they have a device that tracks/logs direction automatically, not too sure on a yacht though. It's not impossible, though I doubt much will come of any of this they all seem to be fumbling around with no real direction. Based on the time that has passed who knows, they should have done all this a long time ago, Too little too late.

I must admit I'm enjoying this debate about the McScamms but If you follow the source link and look at the picture of Maddie in that little red dress it really hammers it home what this story is all about - that beautiful little girl is missing - probably dead. And that's no laughing matter :-(

When their daughter went missing and police and the public were searching for her?? Bit too convenient really. Why dont they admit they have nothing?!

The body was stuffed in an atomic war head and stored in a bunker in a top secret area.
Well everyone else is coming up with ideas I thought I'd join the crowd

In any crime, you have to prove 'means, motive and opportunity.' What's their motive?

I think it's easier for the Portuguese police to accuse the parents than to admit that they don't have a clue who would have taken this little girl. Now, a pedophile would have had the means, motive and opportunity to kidnap her: but what's the parents' motivation to do so?

Sincerely hope there is some definite closure to all this. At present we must treat the dumping at sea as speculation.
