i was in school and i crossed my leg to lean over to talk to one of my friends and when i put my left leg over my right i felt a sort of pop inside between my scrotum and anus and fluid squirted out. i came home and its still dripping out but red.

You need to have that checked out. Go to your gp, he can check it out for you and refer to you someone else if there is a problem.
