Parcel Post or Air mail.

The letter weight is the deciding factor.

But, don't bother. The letter is 87% sure to get lost.

For important correspondence to/from Nigeria, use international courier companies.

Don't be so lazy call the post office or UPS. They have 1-800 #'s so its free. What a ridiculous question...
