There weren't any Oompah Loompahs in the Wizard of Oz. You are referring to 2 movies: Willie Wonka and the Chocolate Factory (with Gene Wilder) and Charlie and Chocolate Factory (with Johnny Depp).
Are you thinking of the flying monkeys? They were grey and wore red,grey and silver costumes/uniforms.

The Oompa Loompas were in *Charlie and the Chocolate Factory*. Presumably also in *Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory*.
They look sort of orange.
