Yup. The sperm in semen are living creatures whose only job is to swim, swim, swim up to the egg. If the semen is inside the woman's vaginal tract, the sperm will do their best to get to the egg. Whether she DOES get pregnant depends on whether the conditions are favorable -- if the woman's chemistry (basic vs. acidic) works with the sperm, and if there's an egg available to swim to (which happens at most once a cycle if she's not on any hormonal birth control).

I just gave birth, and some of my hymen STILL hadn't ripped until my baby came out! So hymens can be pretty tough membranes. There's even a type of fertilization treatment (intrauterine insemination) that injects semen into the uterus that wouldn't require breaking the hymen at all. So, if you're having unprotected sexual experiences with exchange of fluids in the genital area, then, yes, the woman can get pregnant, hymen or no.

considering the hymen gets broke with even a bumpy bicycle ride or horseback riding then chances are if there is semen inside the hymen is broke so ummm yeah a woman can get pregant....anytime a female comes into contact with sperm there is a chance of pregnancy.

Many girls still have periods when their hymen isn't ripped, so that must mean that there's some way for things to get in and out...yes, it's possible.

if semen is in the vagina then the hymen probably is not intact...this person should see a gyno though, if your are old enough to be experiementing with sex or sexual behavior you need to go have a gyno exam and talk about birth control options

If sperm meets egg, a woman can become pregnant. Doesn't matter if her hymen's intact, if she sneezed, if it was her period, if she didn't orgasm, if she had a bath right after... If the sperm goes in there, you can get pregnant.
